  1. What is the delivery charge?
    • We charge a flat rate of S$30.00 for deliveries within Singapore. For orders within Singapore of S$200 and above, delivery will be free of charge.


  1. How long does a delivery take?
    • Deliveries to locations within Singapore generally take 2 to 3 days.  Please note that deliveries are subject to item availability.


  1. When will a delivery be made?
    • Deliveries will be made between 9am and 5.30pm, from Monday to Sunday, excluding Public Holidays.  We will inform you by email on the delivery date upon receipt of your order.


  1. Can I request a specific delivery date and time?
    • You may indicate your preferred delivery date on your order when “checking out”, but this is subject to stock availability and delivery schedule. Please note that we are unable to accede to your request for a specific delivery time.


  1. What if no one is at the delivery address on the specified date of the delivery?
    • If you were not present to receive your order when it is delivered on the specified date, you can make the collection at our office, No. 6 Tagore Drive #03-13, Singapore 787623 from 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday or pay S$30.00 for re-delivery.

    • You may indicate that you wish to make a “self-collection” when checking out (under Shipping & Payment). We will send you an email to confirm the collection date. You may pick up the order from our office at No. 6 Tagore Drive #03-13, Singapore 787623 from 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

    • Yes, we can arrange for overseas shipment. Please note, however, that you will have to bear all freight and handling charges, and any additional duties and taxes. We will contact you within 3 working days to discuss the shipping options and charges.
